Nala’s Baby | A Clean Care Revolution

Nala’s Baby is a British skincare brand founded in 2020 by rapper Casyo “Krept” Johnson and influencer Sasha Ellese Gilbert. The inspiration came from their personal journey as new parents struggling to find gentle, natural products suitable for their daughter, Nala - who also gave the brand its name.

Driven by a desire to create a more transparent and safe option for baby care, the founders developed a range of skincare products made from 99% natural ingredients. All products are vegan, cruelty-free, dermatologically and paediatrician-tested, and specifically designed for sensitive or eczema-prone skin. Their line includes gentle body washes, nighttime oils, bubble baths, unscented creams, and more.

Launched in 2022, Nala’s Baby quickly gained traction. The initial stock sold out within minutes, and the brand received backing from high-profile names like footballers Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, and boxer Anthony Joshua. Their early success was no fluke - by 2025, Nala’s Baby reported annual revenues of £5.5 million and was valued at £17.5 million.

Their products are now sold in major UK retailers including Boots, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Morrisons, as well as department stores like Next and Debenhams. The brand has seen explosive growth, ranking among the top 10 fastest-growing baby care brands in the UK with a staggering 174.7% growth over three years.

What sets Nala’s Baby apart is not just the quality of their ingredients but also their commitment to affordability and accessibility. Despite using premium natural ingredients, the brand maintains low margins to ensure their products remain affordable to all families.

More than just a skincare line, Nala’s Baby represents a mission - a movement to bring safe, ethical, and effective care to every child, born out of real parental love and a desire to do better.
